விளை நில பாதுகாப்பு சட்டம்

 இது ஒரு அவசியமான சட்டம்.  ஆனால், "இந்த சட்டத்திற்கு அவசியம் இல்லை வேறு வகைகளில் விவசாயத்தை ஊக்குவிக்கின்றோம்" என்பது அரசின் பதில். இதை அரசியல் ஆக்காமல் உடனே அமல் படுத்தினால் எதிர்காலத்தில் நம் உணவிற்கு உத்திரவாதம் கிடைக்கும். இந்த அரசின் திட்டங்கள் மூலமாக விவசாயத்தை ஊக்குவிப்பது என்பது தவறு இல்லை, விவசாயம் செய்ய நிலம் இல்லாமல் ஊக்குவித்து என்ன பயன் ??? 

ஊரை (அழித்து) உருவாக்குகிறோம்:

நாகரிகங்கள் (சிந்து சமவெளி....)   விவசாயத்தை சார்ந்தே உருவானது. விவசாயத்தை சார்ந்து தான்  ஊர்கள் உருவானது. ஆனால் தற்போதைய நிலை!!! ஊரை உருவாக்குகிறோம், தொழில்நுட்ப வளர்ச்சி என்ற பெயரில் விவசாய நிலங்களை அழித்து மறைமுகமாக நம்மை நாமே அழித்துக்  கொண்டிருக்கிறோம். மரத்தின் கிளையில் நின்றுகொன்று, நாம் நிற்கும் கிளையை நாமே அறுத்து கொண்டிருக்கிறோம். 

வீடுகள் தேவை தான்! அதற்காக விவசாயத்தை அழிப்பது என்ன நியாயம்? தொழிற்சாலைகள் தேவை தான்! அதற்காக தொழி அடிப்பதை நிறுத்த செய்தால்??? வீடுகள், தொழிற்ச்சாலைகள் எங்கு வேண்டும் என்றாலும் கட்டலாம் . ஆனால் நீர் ஆதாரங்கள், மண் அமைப்பு இவைகளை பொருத்து தான் விவசாயம் செய்ய முடியும். நடப்பது என்ன பண ஆசை காட்டி விவசாயிகளிடம் இருந்து நிலங்கள் அபகரிக்கப்படுகின்றன. இதை தடுப்பதற்கு இது போன்ற சட்டங்கள் மிகவும் அவசியம்.

திரு"நெல்"வேலி :

சிறந்த கண்கூடான உதாரணம்! திருநெல்வேலி : பெயர்காரணம் "ஒருமுறை மழை பெய்த பொது கதிர் அடித்த நெல்லில் மட்டும் படாமல் அந்த பகுதியை சுற்றி மழை பெய்ததாம். நெல்லிற்கு வேலி அடைத்து மழை பெய்ததால் திருநெல்வேலி என்று பெயர்"  இது நாள் கேள்விபட்ட ஒரு விஷயம். அனால் இன்று நெல் பயிர் செய்யும் நிலத்திற்கு வேலிக்கு, பாதுகாப்புக்கு ஆள் இல்லை. ஆம், நம்ம திருநெல்வேலிக்கு வந்த மக்களுக்கு அது தெரிந்திருக்க வாய்ப்பு உள்ளது. வண்ணார்பேட்டையில் இருந்து புது பேருந்து செல்லும் வழியில் சாலையின் இருபுறத்திலும் நெல் விளையும் பகுதி. ஆனால் இன்றைய நிலை வியாபார மைய பகுதியாக மாறும் கேவலமான நிலை!!! அங்கு இருக்கும் கடைகள், வியாபார நிறுவனங்கள் அனைத்தும் கிளைகள் தான், அவைகளின் முக்கிய கிளைகள் வேறு இடங்களில் உள்ளன. அவர்களுக்கு என்ன குறை? அந்த விவசாய நிலங்களில் அவர்களின் பார்வையை தடுக்க வேலி இல்லையே !!! இதை தடுப்பதற்கு இது போன்ற சட்டங்கள் மிகவும் அவசியம்.

இன்னொரு வேதனையான உதாரணம் !!! எங்கள் தோட்டத்தின் மிக அருகில் உள்ள ஒரு தோட்டத்தை அழித்து அங்கு தொழிற்சாலை ஒன்று கட்டி வருகிறார்கள். அதை பார்க்கும் போது என் மனது உண்மையிலேயே வலிக்கிறது.  

என்ன வழி???

விவசாயிகள் விவசாய நிலங்களை விற்பதற்கு முக்கிய காரணம், ஆள் பற்றாக்குறை, ஆள் கூலி, விளை பொருட்களுக்கு போதிய விலை இன்மை. இது போன்ற பிரச்சனைகளை தவிர்க்க என்ன வழி??? தொழில்நுட்ப வளர்ச்சி என்பது விவசாயத்திலிருந்து ஆரம்பிக்க வேண்டும். இன்றைய நிலை, அதை தவிர எல்லா துறைகளிலும்  தொழில்நுட்பம் வீரிய வளர்ச்சி கண்டுள்ளது. இந்த வளர்ச்சியால், எதிர் வரும் நமது தலைமுறை விவசாயத்தை வெறுக்கும் நிலைக்கு தள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளோம். இந்த பிரச்சனைக்கு தான் தீர்வு என்ன? தொழில்நுட்பமும், விளை பொருட்களுக்கு போதிய விலை கிடைத்தாலே ஓரளவுக்கு தீர்க்கலாம்.

திட்டங்கள்

பொதுவாகவே நமது திட்டங்கள் தொலைநோக்கு பார்வையுடன் இருந்தது இல்லை. குறைந்தபட்சம் உணவிற்க்காகவாவது நமது திட்டங்கள் தொலைநோக்கு பார்வையோடு அமையட்டும். இழந்த பின்பு வருத்தபட்டு பிரயோஜனம் இல்லை. வரும் முன் காத்தால் தான் பாதுகாப்பு. 

ஆக இந்த விளை நில பாதுகாப்பு சட்டத்தை அரசியலாக்காமல்! அவசியத்தை உணர்ந்து அமல்படுத்தினால் மிச்சம் இருக்கும் விளை நிலங்களையாவது காப்பாற்றலாம்!! 

This computer not running genuine windows 7 fix

I have found a temp solution for the issue "This computer not running genuine windows 7".

 To avoid the same, we all know have to keep windows update option with "Never check for updates" using control panel->System and security-> Windows update - > Change  settings.

After we caught by the windows we are alert by a window "This computer not running genuine windows 7". To stop this popup simply delete/move the popup exe. To find the path of the exe simply follow the below steps.

Step 1: Open windows Task Manager
Step 2: Right click on the "Windows Activation technologies" which is for our popup window and click on "Go To Process".
Step 3: Click the "Properties" menu frem the context menu.
Step 4: In the Properties window you can find the Location "C:\Windows\System32\Wat"
Step 5: Simply Delete\Move that folder "Wat"


Step 1: Open windows Task Manager

Step 2: Right click on the "Windows Activation technologies" which is for our popup window and click on "Go To Process".

Step 3: Right Click on the WatUX.exe and click the "Properties" menu frem the context menu.

Step 4: In the Properties window you can find the Location "C:\Windows\System32\Wat"

Step 5: Simply Delete\Move that folder "Wat"


We can free from the popup "Windows Activation Technologies" by the above steps. I have just kept aside that "Wat" folder to avoid future issues. This is a temp solution only but it works fine for me.

Sent the needed documents to the following address, they will send back your duplicate Aircel SIM.

Needed Documents we have to provide:

1. DD for amount RS. 102 /-
2. Request Letter with your address and Photo
2. Valid Photo Id Proof with Address Proof
4. Information related to our SIM
Such as Sim number, Last recharge date/amount, your plan, add-on numbers, if possible photo copy of new SIM package with sim and serial number.

That’s enough; they will send back our sim to our given address. By the second way i got my sim back. Enjoy every moment with Aircel

To add a row to a datagrid header dynamically use following code. Here we just adding new cells to the the datagrid at header ItemDataBound Event.
