how to stop or deactivate aircel unwanted auto renewal recharge packs

To stop or deactivate unwanted aircel auto renewal recharge packs like CHNROM1 and CHN14A2A1, we can call customer support people by

Call 198  
Choose Option 3 
Choose Option 5

 The aircel support people will give the details about the active auto renewal packs for your mobile number. I have problem with two auto renewal packs in aircel. By god's grace i have manage to resolve. Since its impossible to get the customer support people. The activated packs were CHNROM1 and CHN14A2A1. 

 To Deactivate Dial The Corresponding Codes:

 1.) CHNROM1 - Dial - *121*101#

 2.) CHN14A2A1 - Dial - *121*01#

 Please share if you found any other aircel auto renewal deactivation codes..

    Very poor response from aircel. Your complaint assistance 198 is not working. You are charging intentionally for the pack "ndmc170317sms2". Ultimately it will reduce your credibility.
    Without making the conversation long, i request you to kindly deactivate the above pack and stop making fool your customers.
    I am quite surprised about the services you are providing to your customers. It is very disgusting to have services from your company. Also, i will make sure my friends about the incident which has been taken place with me. It is quite horrible experience with you aircel guys!
